Return & Cancellation Policy

Clear guidelines on how to cancel services and request returns or refunds.

Cancellation Window

You may cancel your service request or order within 24 hours of placing it without any penalty. After this window, cancellation may be subject to a fee or partial refund as outlined in the respective service terms. Requests beyond the allowed period may not be honored.

How to Cancel

Cancellations must be submitted through your account dashboard or by contacting our support team with your order ID and reason for cancellation. Verbal requests over phone are accepted only if followed by a written confirmation. Retain the cancellation reference number for future correspondence.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are issued only if the cancellation request meets the specified time limits or if the service delivered is defective, incomplete, or not as described. No refunds are provided for change of mind after the service has been performed or the product has been shipped.

Partial Refunds

In certain cases such as late cancellation or partial usage of a service, a partial refund may be granted at our discretion. The amount will be prorated based on work already completed or resources allocated. Any applicable processing fees will be deducted.

Non-Refundable Items

Digital products, downloadable content, consultation fees, and services that have already been rendered are non-refundable. Any administrative or transaction fees paid at the time of purchase are also non-refundable unless required by law.

Return Process

For physical products, return requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery. The item must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags attached. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund including return shipping. Failure to report within 48 hours may limit your remedy.

Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 business days. The credit will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time to appear in your account. We will notify you once the refund is completed.

Cancellation Fees

Cancellations made after the free cancellation window may incur a fee of up to 25% of the order value to cover administrative and processing costs. The exact fee will be shown at the time of cancellation before you confirm the request.

Service Subscriptions

For subscription-based services, you may cancel anytime before the next billing cycle. No refunds are given for the current active period, but you will retain access until the end of the paid term. Future payments will not be charged.

Change of Mind

If you cancel due to change of mind after the service has commenced, no refund will be provided. For products, change of mind returns are accepted only within 7 days, with the customer bearing return shipping and a 15% restocking fee.

Order Modifications

If you wish to modify an order (e.g., change date, service type) instead of canceling, please contact support. Modifications are treated as a new request and may incur additional charges. No cancellation fee applies if the modification is requested before the cancellation deadline.

Force Majeure

In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (natural disasters, strikes, etc.), we may cancel or reschedule services. You will receive a full refund or credit for the undelivered portion, but no additional compensation will be provided.

Customer-Initiated vs. Merchant-Initiated

If we cancel your order due to unavailability or an error on our part, you will receive a full refund without any deductions. If you initiate the cancellation, the terms above (fees, deadlines) apply. We will always communicate the reason for any cancellation.

Refund Methods

Refunds are issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction. If that method is no longer available, we may issue store credit or a bank transfer after identity verification. No cash refunds are offered.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after the stated processing time, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company or bank, as processing delays may occur. If all else fails, reach out to us with proof of the refund approval.

Return Shipping Address

Returned items must be sent to the address provided by our support team. Do not send returns to any address without confirmation, as this may result in lost items. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance.

Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges only for defective or damaged items. To request an exchange, follow the same process as a return, and indicate that you want a replacement. If the requested item is out of stock, a full refund will be issued instead.
